| Regulation on use of radiation sources and radiation pratice (JV2/SV2) was publishe in Official Gazette |

The Regulation JV2/SV2 stipulates technical requirements for typification of a radiation source, the content of application to obtain a license to perform radiation practice and the content of application to obtain a license to use a radiation source, to manage radiation source and nuclear and radiation facilities.
The Regulation is conformable to Council Directive 2003/122/EURATOM of 22 December 2003 on the Control of High Activity Sealed Sources and Orphan Sources (HASS).
